I've got an old laptop (1.3Ghz pentium with 512MB Ram), would I be able to use OnLive on that? If it's running from a server far away, I guess as long as it can play video then it will work?

If your system can show full screen streaming video, it will work. It was mentioned the plugin was only 1mb or so. All the processing is done at the server, so its like watching a streaming interactive video.
