Ignoring your internet connection costs, how much would you pay to use OnLive for?:

I thought OnLive was pay for the service, and then buy/rent games on top of that.

I would personally never rent games like that, cheaper in the long run to buy a copy.

I think £5 (8 USD) or so for just the service seems fair.

Let's assume they charge around the same for subscription for yearly access as XBOX Live Gold Membership. $50/yr, or $8/month.

Now, let's say the average game cost is $50 for the XBOX 360. PS3, etc.

That being said, I gotta believe a minimum of $10 per month per title. And maybe a $50 for unlimited titles per month.


Now, I'd pay $10 to rent a title for a month. I wouldn't pay more than $30 a month for unlimited.

Those numbers sound exactly right to me. $10/month for a single game is reasonable and I would pay around that price, and up to around $40/month for unlimited games.
